    You can make online an appointment to visit our showroom. You can either speak with one of our account manager by using for example Zoom or plan a visit to meet in our Showroom in our office in Haarlem. You can plan your appointment right here.

You can submit your project application online. Based on your wishes, examples, mood board and floor plan, we can prepare ourselves and come up with a suitable proposal that can be discussed together either digitally via Zoom, or in our Showroom in Haarlem. On your Account page you will find an overview of your account data and orders. Click here to login.

You will find the shipment date of your order in your order confirmation. You will be notified by email when your goods are shipped by UPS. If you have any other questions, please contact our customer service on +31 23 5176 677 or send an email to sales@topvisiongroup.com stating your order number.

The shipping method and shipping costs differ per country and per shipment. By default, your order will be shipped by UPS. However, if your order contains one or more products that must be sent on a pallet, the entire order will be sent via pallet. Unfortunately, there is no track & trace information available for pallet shipments.

After your order has been placed, our production orders are planned and started, and your shipping costs are calculated based on your total order and delivery address. As a result, changes cannot be made online. You can return the order within 14 days. All goods to be returned must be returned in absolute new condition. The warranty period for products is 2 years after the purchase of your goods and only applies to a defect caused by normal use. Damage caused by irresponsible use, by third parties or by theft is not covered by the warranty. The part (of an end product) that is defective will be replaced in most cases. In some cases a technician will be scheduled to take care of the replacement of the defective part, in some cases the replacement can be done by yourself.

You can submit your service request online. In order to process your request as quickly as possible, we need the following information in addition to your shop details: 
- A short description of the problem 
- A picture of the front view of your glasses presentation
- A picture of the defective part

1. At first please check whether the remote control still gives a good signal. Battery replacement can solve the problem here.
2. Disconnect the power from the receiver (this is built-in in your furniture, for example behind a panel) and reconnect it to the power. Then program the remote control into the receiver using the instructions that come with your receiver.
3. If the above does not provide a solution, please submit a service ticket with pictures of your product and receiver with a description of your problem, or contact our customer service on +31 23 5176 677

The motor and/or internal components may have reached the end of their operational life. The solution in most cases is to replace the motor + belonging parts. TVG offers replacement sets with corresponding instructions for this.

Your remote's battery may need to be replaced. The battery can be changed by removing the cover/slide on your version remote control. If this does not solve the problem, your remote control will most likely need to be replaced.

Your receiver has the option to close automatically after a certain time of being open. You can also turn off the timer so that the group only opens and closes using the remote control. The programming of this function must be done in the receiver with the appropriate instructions. The receiver is most likely built-in in your furniture, for example behind a panel.

It is possible that the lock, or other internal parts, of your column is defective. In some cases (such as with the Alumina range) it is possible to replace the lock. If this is not possible most likely the column needs to be replaced.

If the specific group for example has been disconnected from power, it is possible with this version of receiver that the code of the remote control is forgotten. Program the remote control back into the receiver using the appropriate instructions.

Payment methods vary by region. By default, your order is processed through prepayment in various ways. If you are a validated party by us and have been found to be creditworthy, you can receive an invoice on a credit base. The payment term is then 14 days from the dispatch of the goods. This method is only applicable after check and validation done by an accountmanager of TVG.
